What makes this project/initiative unique?:
It identifies the training needs for developing adequate programs in respect of trasversal skills, promotion and attractiveness of construction industry, energy efficiency, digitalization, green and sustainable construction, It develops soft skills in training (to learn how to promote innovation to clients, workers, institutions, Social partners)
Aim
While many young people and youth workers repeatedly express interest in adopting green practices, they often lack the tools, guidance, and confidence to do so. The project aimed to address this gap by demystifying sustainability and showcasing that adopting eco-friendly behaviours can be simple, cost-effective, and impactful.

Results of the project/initiative:
The main results were:
*An international training course
*16 Podcasts and 16 articles on green practices
*A booklet with theoretical background, guidelines, practices and activities available in English, Greek, Spanish, and Macedonian
*three multiplier events, six consultations with associated partners and nine local applications and workshops of the green practices
