European Ediltrophy promotes innovation, digitalisation, and sustainability in the construction sector, focusing on dry construction systems. Aim
The main aim of European Ediltrophy is to promote eco-sustainable and inclusive Construction 4.0 by piloting innovative training processes and strengthening the competencies of leading organizations and institutions. The project develops new training programmes for technicians and workers, consistent with digital and environmental transformations, and pilots a flexible, gaming-based sectoral training methodology. It fosters partnership building, supports social inclusion, and raises awareness of green and digital skills, with a focus on dry construction systems. The project also aims to standardize training and facilitate the recognition of skills across Europe.
Target Groups:
Direct target groups:
Technicians (EQF 5) and construction workers (EQF 4) in the dry construction sector, including trainees and alumni from partner training centers
Disadvantaged groups: migrants, long-term unemployed, ex-detainees, and other vulnerable individuals
Indirect target groups:
VET providers (approx. 1,550 in the EU)
Public authorities, social partners, employment agencies, material suppliers, and sector companies
The project prioritizes the participation of disadvantaged groups and supports their integration into the labour market through tailored training and employment pathways
