Support for the socio-employment insertion of vulnerable groups of migrants through the construction of individualized training paths
The INSIDE was a project carried out between 2018 and 2019 by 6 construction schools concerning the social and work inclusion of vulnerable groups of migrants.
It was financed by ANPAL Servizi, the Italian National Agency of support to the Ministry of Labor for actions relating to training and job placement

Aim
Support the socio-employment insertion of vulnerable groups of migrants through the construction of individualized paths consisting of a training internship project, skills assessment, an individual action plan and an internship at a construction company lasting 6 months
Outcomes
Results of the project/initiative:

• Greater foreign employment
• Foreigners more integrated into the social fabric
• Less undeclared work
• Less unemployment
• Greater synergy between institutions and organizations that in various capacities deal with socio-working integration
Outcomes:
• All workers participating in the project had a CV in European format
• All workers have been made a balance of skills to measure the work preparation already in their country of origin
• Companies were able to get to know the workers before hiring them
• The workers involved were granted an economic benefit for the internship hours carried out
• About 30 traineeships have been activated
