Description
Le Forem will organize 8 Super-Jobdays for the construction sector to allow companies to fill their important needs for qualified personnel. The first events took place in the Liège region, which was strongly affected by the July 2021 floods and where there is a high need of manpower for the reconstruction (link).

Outcomes
Results of the project/initiative:
For the 2 super Jobdays construction organized in Liege and Verviers by Forem and the social partners, more than 400 job seekers presented themselves and 64 companies were able to meet motivated candidates (https://www.vedia.be/www/video/info/economie/un-jobday-pour-repondre-a-la-penurie-de-main-d-oeuvre-dans-le-secteur-de-la-construction_106512_89.html</a>).
